Hello Parents!

Below is the schedule for the Spring Book Fair.  If you are  available to volunteer anytime during the fair it would be greatly  appreciated.

We will need people to help set up the Fair on Monday, April 14th at  10:00AM.  The fall fair took hours to set up, so I would be grateful to  anyone that can assist.

Lastly, the Book Fair will be Open Thursday, April 17th from 9:00-11:00  for those students who have reason to revisit. I won’t need many volunteers  for that, may be one or two.

Spring Book Fair begins April 14

The Spring Book Fair will be held the week of April 14th.

Set up will be Monday the 14th.

The children will visit the fair between 9-1 on Tuesday the 15th and Wednesday the 16th.

The Fair will also be open Tuesday the 15th from 6:15-9:00.  This is the same night of the PTO meeting so you can visit the fair before or after the meeting.  It will also be open during the meeting if someone wants to run in and buy books but can not attend the meeting.  We planned this in hopes of making it more convenient for parents that work during the day.

We will break down the fair Thursday, late morning.

Once I have the time that the teachers want to visit the fair I will send home a sign up sheet for those who wish to volunteer.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TAX:
We DO HAVE TO PAY TAX ON THE BOOKS.  Please send your child in with enough money to cover tax.  If you give them $10 to spend, send $10.50.
